Our Story

In 2019, fates united when Dr. Mauricio Braia, an expert in industrial biotechnology, met Ricky Cassini, an entrepreneur and business consultant.

Inspired to reimagine the health and sustainability potential of our food system, they began a shared journey focused on discovering how to transform what we consume for the better.
